We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Bartender to join our team at Ormeggio. As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our guests' dining experience through your expert knowledge of mixology, dedication to delivering exceptional service, and your ability to create innovative and memorable cocktails.

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft and serve a wide variety of cocktails, ensuring each one is of the highest quality and consistency.
• Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, offering recommendations and personalizing their experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment and glassware are in top condition.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service.
• Stay updated on current beverage trends and Ormeggio's wine and cocktail offerings.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Bartender in a high-end restaurant or cocktail bar.
• Proficiency in cocktail preparation and mixology.
• Excellent customer service skills with a warm and engaging personality.
• Knowledge of Italian cuisine and wine is a plus.
• A valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
