Responsibilities
- Assist the Executive Chef and Sous Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations.
- Prepare, cook, and present a variety of a la carte dishes to the highest standard.
- Develop and enforce service, presentation, and operational standards to ensure consistency and quality.
- Contribute to menu planning, development, and costing.
- Order stock, kitchen supplies, and equipment, maintaining control of stock levels.
- Assist with ongoing staff training and development.
- Receive, sign, and account for supplies and deliveries.
