- Assist in the day-to-day management of Jonah's Restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager and Head Sommelier to maintain award-winning standards.
- Manage staff and facilities to achieve maximum revenues while exceeding customer expectations.
- Provide expert assistance in curating and maintaining the exceptional wine program.
- Uphold the highest levels of customer service and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a managerial role within a high-end dining establishment.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with a hands-on approach.
- Knowledge and passion for wine, with sommelier certification as a plus.
