We Are Looking For:


  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of food, produce, and culinary techniques
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • The ability to thrive under pressure and prioritize effectively
  • Full Australian working rights
  • Availability to work evening shifts

Key Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with the pastry team to uphold consistency in your section and maintain impeccable food presentation
  • Mentor and guide junior chefs to support their development
  • Work calmly and professionally as part of a large, dynamic team

Key Selection Criteria:


  • Proven experience in a premium dining or hatted venue at a similar level
  • A genuine passion and motivation for the culinary arts
  • Exceptional product knowledge and attention to detail
  • Immaculate grooming standards
  • Flexibility to work on a rotating roster
