- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of food, produce, and culinary techniques
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- The ability to thrive under pressure and prioritize effectively
- Full Australian working rights
- Availability to work evening shifts
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the pastry team to uphold consistency in your section and maintain impeccable food presentation
- Mentor and guide junior chefs to support their development
- Work calmly and professionally as part of a large, dynamic team
Key Selection Criteria:
- Proven experience in a premium dining or hatted venue at a similar level
- A genuine passion and motivation for the culinary arts
- Exceptional product knowledge and attention to detail
- Immaculate grooming standards
- Flexibility to work on a rotating roster
