The role:

This is a one-of-a kind role to manage our brand new Alexandria retail execution that just happens to be at the front of Under Armour Australia's HQ. Because it's a small store, you'll manage a small team to run the store and create an incredible retail experience for our athletes. The difference is you'll play a key role as our Front of House and the face of our HQ for all visitors, deliveries, and office bits and pieces. You'll assist marketing by sending out product to our sponsored athletes, manage our HQ mail, and take on ad-hoc projects. If you have senior retail experience and are looking to make a career change to the corporate world this could be your perfect stepping stone.

What your day to day will look like: 

  • Assisting marketing in sending or ordering athlete product
  • Meeting and greeting clients and visitors
  • Accepting and sorting mail and deliveries and booking pickups
  • Recruit, manage and mentor the store team
  • Providing our customers an unrivaled world-class customer service experience every day
  • Representing Under Armour and upholding our customer service philosophy with the utmost integrity 
  • Maintaining a working knowledge of the fit, fabric and function details of our Under Armour Products
  • Work with our VM team to ensure the store represents the UA brand
  • Exceeding your sales targets and maximising every opportunity

  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Previous retail leadership experience

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional communication and time management skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule that will include late nights, weekends and public holidays based on the needs of the business
