Sydney Restaurant Group is currently recruiting for Chefs to join our friendly and motivated teams across multiple venues including Aqua Dining, Ripples Chowder Bay, Ripples Milsons Point, The Fenwick and The Nielsen:

- Chef de Partie

From 2 hatted fine dining to stunning waterfront views and relaxed café fare, the group is diverse, offering a range of restaurant experiences to suit every occasion.

We are looking for candidates with the following qualities:

  • Relevant qualification and 2 years work experience OR Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role;
  • Ability to multi-task, to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure;
  • Reliable, punctual and trust worthy;
  • High standard of personal presentation and hygiene;
  • Must work well in a team environment;
  • Positive attitude and passion for cooking;
  • Sound understanding of HACCP & Food and Safety Regulations & requirements;
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.
