The Role:

We're looking for a passionate and driven Sous Chef to help lead our high-performing Potts Point kitchen.


You'll work hand-in-hand with our Head Chef to manage daily operations, craft inspired menus, lead and mentor the team, and ensure financial targets are met — all while keeping our kitchen’s high standards humming along.


Your Day-to-Day:

  • Team up with the Head Chef to create fresh, exciting menus that show off your creativity and commitment to top-notch cuisine.
  • Help manage kitchen budgets, food costs, and profitability — without ever compromising on quality.
  • Lead, train, and inspire the kitchen crew, building a team that’s skilled, confident, and ready for anything.
  • Keep the wheels turning daily: smooth, consistent service is your jam.
  • Coach and develop your team with constructive feedback and a clear path for growth.

  • You bring proven experience leading busy, high-volume kitchens as a Sous Chef (and you’ve got the stories — and the scars — to prove it).
