Front of House Staff
Sails Lavender Bay is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our Front of House team. We currently have openings for Section Waiters, Bartenders, and Food Runners to provide exceptional service in our fine dining establishment.
Key Responsibilities
- Take orders and serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction through attentive and personalized service.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment
- Collaborate effectively with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service.
- Uphold the restaurant's standards of excellence in all interactions with guests.
- Assist in various tasks as needed to create a smooth dining experience.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant settings is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and personable demeanor.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
- Must possess valid working rights in Australia.
