Regina La Pizzeria is looking for a skilled and passionate Chef to bring authentic Italian flavors to life. If you thrive in a dynamic kitchen and have a love for Italian cuisine, we’d love to welcome you to our team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up workstations with all required ingredients and equipment.
  • Prepare ingredients, including chopping and peeling, for cooking.
  • Cook and assemble a range of dishes such as starters, salads, pastas, pizzas, and desserts using various tools and techniques.
  • Monitor food quality during preparation and cooking to ensure excellence.
  • Plate and present dishes with an eye for detail and creativity.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic kitchen environment.
  • Properly store ingredients and food items to ensure freshness.
  • Track inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed.

  • A team player with a keen eye for detail and a strong passion for Italian cuisine.
  • Professional, well-presented, and enthusiastic about food quality.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a professional kitchen.
  • Experience with hand-stretched dough and wood-fired pizza is highly desirable.
  • Proven skills in pizza preparation are an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Italian is a plus but not required.
