Key Responsibilities:
- Set up workstations with all required ingredients and equipment.
- Prepare ingredients, including chopping and peeling, for cooking.
- Cook and assemble a range of dishes such as starters, salads, pastas, pizzas, and desserts using various tools and techniques.
- Monitor food quality during preparation and cooking to ensure excellence.
- Plate and present dishes with an eye for detail and creativity.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic kitchen environment.
- Properly store ingredients and food items to ensure freshness.
- Track inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed.

- Professional, well-presented, and enthusiastic about food quality.
Qualifications and Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in a professional kitchen.
- Experience with hand-stretched dough and wood-fired pizza is highly desirable.
- Proven skills in pizza preparation are an advantage.
- Knowledge of Italian is a plus but not required.
