About the Role
As a Section Waiter at Pino’s Vino e Cucina al Mare, you’ll be a key part of delivering an exceptional dining experience. This role involves managing your section with confidence, guiding guests through our menu, and ensuring outstanding service in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Running your section and providing seamless, top-tier service.
- Recommending dishes and wine pairings to elevate the dining experience.
- Managing orders and processing payments using our POS system.
- Keeping your section clean, organised, and fully prepared for service.
- Communicating effectively with both front and back-of-house teams.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 2 years of experience in a premium dining setting.
- Current NSW RSA certificate and full Australian working rights.
- Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and Italian cuisine.
- A professional, friendly attitude with a passion for hospitality.
- Experience with reservation systems is a plus.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
