Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables, providing menus and offering assistance as needed.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring special requests and dietary preferences are accommodated.
- Serve dishes and beverages with care and attention to detail, adhering to Pilu's standards of presentation and service.
- Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly to ensure their comfort and satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain smooth service flow.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a restaurant or similar setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
- Passion for hospitality and a genuine desire to create memorable experiences for guests.
- RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification or willingness to obtain one.
