Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook dishes according to Pilu's recipes and standards, ensuring consistency and quality at all times.

- Assist in the development of seasonal menus, incorporating fresh, locally-sourced ingredients.

- Collaborate with the Head Chef and Sous Chefs to maintain a smooth and efficient kitchen operation.

- Oversee a designated section of the kitchen, ensuring mise en place, cooking, and plating are executed to perfection.

- Uphold hygiene and safety standards in compliance with health regulations.


- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or relevant role in a high-volume, fine dining establishment.

- Proficiency in Italian cuisine, with a strong understanding of Sardinian culinary traditions preferred.

- Culinary qualifications or certifications from a recognized institution.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating excellent time management and organizational skills.
