About the Role
- Casual position with evening, weekend, and public holiday shifts available
- Work alongside a passionate team in a dynamic, high-energy setting
- Create and serve both classic and signature cocktails to a high standard
- Deliver authentic and memorable guest experiences
What’s Required
- Full Australian working rights
- Solid knowledge of classic cocktails and mixology techniques
- Current NSW RSA Certificate
- Minimum two years of hospitality experience in bars or restaurants
- Excellent communication skills and fluent English
- Passion for Italian food, drink, and service
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and present cocktails with precision and flair
- Maintain bar cleanliness, stock levels, and workflow
- Support stock rotation and collaborate with the Bar Manager
- Uphold house standards and contribute to cocktail innovation
- Provide seamless service as part of a team-focused environment
