What you’ll need:
• Full Australian working rights
• Fluent in English
• Current Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
• Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine, particularly fresh pasta preparation
• Minimum two years of fine-dining experience
Your responsibilities:
• Preparing, rolling, and cooking fresh pasta to the highest standard
• Collaborating with the team on menu planning, recipe development, and training
• Ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency in food preparation
• Managing food costs, portion control, and waste reduction
• Leading and mentoring junior chefs in the pasta section
• Upholding strict food hygiene and safety standards
