  • Australian working rights and fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Knowledge of Italian language is desired but not essential
  • Essential experience, with a preference for a working knowledge of Italian cuisine
  • Minimum of two years working in fine-dining or similarly acclaimed restaurants
  • Possession of a current NSW RSA Certificate
  • Formal hospitality studies completed
  • Proficiency in wine and food knowledge
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage staff rostering and wage administration
  • Report directly to the Restaurant Manager, working in tandem to deliver exceptional food and service
  • Collaborate closely with our kitchen team to maintain impeccable standards
  • Supervise and mentor Front-of-House (FOH) staff
  • Implement cost control measures to align with budgetary expectations
