Requirements:
- Australian working rights and fluent English (written and spoken)
- Knowledge of Italian language is desired but not essential
- Essential experience, with a preference for a working knowledge of Italian cuisine
- Minimum of two years working in fine-dining or similarly acclaimed restaurants
- Possession of a current NSW RSA Certificate
- Formal hospitality studies completed
- Proficiency in wine and food knowledge
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage staff rostering and wage administration
- Report directly to the Restaurant Manager, working in tandem to deliver exceptional food and service
- Collaborate closely with our kitchen team to maintain impeccable standards
- Supervise and mentor Front-of-House (FOH) staff
- Implement cost control measures to align with budgetary expectations
