As the sixth venue from the celebrated team behind Sydney’s The Apollo and Cho Cho San, Brisbane’s Greca and Yoko Dining at Howard Smith Wharves, and The Apollo in Tokyo, Olympus continues our tradition of creating unforgettable dining experiences that you will return to time and time again. 


What are are looking for

  • Experience in busy fast paced kitchens! While we’re happy to train those eager to learn and grow, we do require a minimum of 2 year experience in a restaurant to join our team
  • Commercial cookery qualifications or studying towards these
  • Hard working and efficient, someone who can work under pressure
  • Team Player: Someone who thrives in a team-focused environment, helping others and working together to create a memorable dining experience.
