About the role

In this vital Marketing Manager role, you’ll take our marketing efforts to the next level by building brand recognition around our various application functionalities, including our cryptocurrency exchange, digital wallet, transactional business, OTC trading and remittance.

Reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing and the CEO, the role will allow you to work hands-on, building and executing marketing strategies that drive action and awareness. You will lead our in-house marketing team and develop strong relationships with the sales and operations teams.

The role requires a deep understanding of the Nutricare brand, our Fintech software and customers in order to develop the right marketing messages and campaigns to accelerate trading frequencies and customer onboarding.

The right candidate will be:


  • Ability to develop and implement innovative and disruptive marketing strategies that have the potential for scalability.
  • Experience in campaign development and execution, and specific experience with content marketing, events, and multi-channel campaigns and tactics
  • Previous experience in Fintech marketing will be considered highly advantageous.
  • Demonstrated user empathy, and an aptitude for distilling mission into practice
  • Advanced understanding of key marketing drivers of customer acquisition, growth and retention/loyalty
  • Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/social media etc.)
  • Data-driven and experienced in market research methods, using data and analytics to drive and refine tactics
  • Conduct market research to gain insights about Nutricare’s customers and client requirements, habits and trends that Nutricare can then utilise internally and externally in consultation with our clients
  • Solid computer skills, including Google Workspace, MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite & CRM) and applications (web analytics, Google Ads, etc.)
  • Collate and synthesise Nutricare’s marketing documents and collateral
  • Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind
  • Ability to efficiently manage relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Tertiary/degree qualified will be considered highly advantageous

Salary: $100,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
