About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Sous Chef who is ready to take the next step in their culinary career. This hands-on position involves managing the day-to-day kitchen operations, developing and training the team, and achieving food and wage cost targets while maintaining exceptional food quality, hygiene, and presentation standards.

This role offers:

About You

The ideal candidate will:

• Have proven experience as a Sous Chef in a high-quality venue.
• Be passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences and maintaining high standards.
• Possess strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Be focused on mentoring and developing their team, while working collaboratively with the Head Chef.
• Have a solid understanding of OHS and WHS regulations.
