This pivotal leadership role involves managing the entire venue, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, staff training, and maintaining the highest standards of service. LuMi caters to tasting menus, group bookings, and exclusive events, making this an exciting opportunity for a seasoned hospitality professional.


Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years’ experience in a venue management role within fine dining.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • NSW RSA Certificate and formal hospitality qualifications.
  • Strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service abilities.
  • Proven capability in cost management and team development.


Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations, including team supervision, cost control, and service excellence.
  • Lead, train, and mentor front-of-house staff to maintain LuMi’s premium standards.
  • Collaborate closely with the owner to achieve business goals and guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain an exceptional guest experience.
