About the Role:

As a Junior Sous Chef at LuMi, you'll support the Head Chef in maintaining impeccable standards of food preparation, presentation, and kitchen operations. This role is ideal for an experienced chef with a creative edge, strong leadership qualities, and a drive to deliver exceptional fine dining experiences.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth service and high-quality output.
  • Lead and mentor the kitchen team, fostering a collaborative and positive environment.
  • Maintain strict adherence to product specifications, stock control, and food safety standards.
  • Prepare and present dishes that showcase innovation and creativity in line with LuMi’s renowned style.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a similar fine dining role and appropriate trade qualifications.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.
