What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a kitchen role (Chef or Cook), ideally with a creative flair
  • A positive attitude, strong energy, and a willingness to take initiative
  • Ability to manage a section and work independently when required
  • Passion for bold, fresh flavours and well-executed comfort food
  • Punctual, reliable, and ready to grow within a supportive team


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Designing and executing the After Hours menu
  • Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes from scratch
  • Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards
  • Supporting kitchen prep and ensuring smooth night-time service
  • Working as part of a tight-knit, fun, and motivated crew
