What You’ll Need
- Full Australian working rights
- In-depth knowledge of cocktails and bar techniques, especially Italian classics
- Current NSW RSA certificate
- Minimum two years of bar or restaurant experience
- Strong communication skills and fluent English
- Italian language skills preferred
- A genuine passion for Italian drinks, hospitality, and premium guest experiences
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve drinks with precision, consistency, and flair
- Maintain cleanliness, stock levels, and smooth bar operations
- Support the Bar Manager with stock rotation and ordering
- Follow house recipes and contribute to cocktail innovation
- Collaborate with the team to create a seamless, memorable experience for guests
- Participate in regular training and skill development sessions
