About the Role

Civico 47 is seeking a hands-on Bartender to join the team, working primarily on weekdays and evenings for 20+ hours per week. This position is perfect for someone looking to supplement their income with a second job and who is willing to assist the FOH team on the floor during busy periods.

Hours: 20+ hours per week

Availability: Weekdays, evenings, and occasional peak times

Responsibilities:

• Craft and serve a variety of beverages, from classic cocktails to creative concoctions.
• Deliver warm, professional service to elevate the guest experience.
• Maintain a clean and well-stocked bar area.
• Collaborate with the FOH team and step in to assist on the floor when required.

Requirements:

• Proven bartending experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid knowledge of mixology and an eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• A positive attitude with a passion for hospitality.
