As we continue to elevate the art of dining, we are now seeking a dynamic and passionate Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our dedicated team.
Role and Responsibilities:
As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our restaurant and upholding our commitment to delivering exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include:
-Team Leadership:
Lead and inspire our front-of-house team to provide impeccable service, fostering a positive and motivated work environment.
- Guest Experience:
Continuously elevate the dining experience, ensuring that every guest enjoys a memorable and personalized visit.
- Operations:
Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and compliance with health and safety standards.
- Training and Development:Train, mentor, and develop staff to deliver top-notch service and uphold the restaurant's standards.
- Customer Relations: Build strong relationships with our valued patrons, addressing feedback and ensuring their needs are met.
- Financial Management: Assist in budgeting and financial reporting, contributing to the restaurant's profitability.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in a fine dining or upscale establishment.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
- A passion for hospitality and dedication to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
- Knowledge of food and beverage trends, wine service, and fine dining etiquette.
- Proficiency in restaurant management software (e.g., POS systems).
