About the Role

What’s Required
- Full Australian working rights
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails and mixology techniques
- Current NSW RSA Certificate
- Minimum two years’ experience in bars or restaurants
- Excellent communication skills and fluent English
- A passion for Italian beverages, hospitality, and premium service
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve drinks with precision and consistency
- Follow house recipes and maintain high presentation standards
- Ensure bar cleanliness, stock levels, and efficient service flow
- Assist with stock rotation and liaise with the Bar Manager on supply needs
- Collaborate with the team to deliver a seamless guest experience
- Take part in ongoing training and development opportunities
