What you’ll need:
• Full Australian working rights
• Fluent in English
• Current Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
• Solid knowledge of Italian cuisine, with a focus on fresh pasta
• Minimum of two years of experience in a professional kitchen
Your responsibilities:
• Prepare, roll, and cook fresh pasta to the highest standards
• Collaborate with the kitchen team on menu planning, recipe development, and training
• Ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency in food preparation
• Manage food costs, portion control, and minimise waste
• Maintain strict food hygiene and safety standards
