This role involves supporting daily operations, overseeing staff, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing day-to-day restaurant operations and service flow.
- Support staff training and development to uphold service standards.
- Oversee reservations, guest interactions, and ensure seamless service.
- Contribute to cost control measures and assist with operational reporting.
What You’ll Need:
- At least two years of experience in a leadership role within an Italian restaurant.
- Fluent English (spoken and written) with excellent communication skills.
- Current NSW RSA Certificate and full Australian working rights.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and attention to detail.
- A hands-on approach with a passion for creating memorable dining experiences.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Italian language skills are a plus.
- Experience with reservation platforms like SevenRooms.
- Formal hospitality training and strong knowledge of Italian cuisine and wine.
