CATALINA requires an experienced sommelier with extended knowledge of the wines of the world, focusing on the classics. You will need to demonstrate long term experience as a sommelier in fine dining, and also be used to working in a busy, fast-paced environment.
The role includes providing specialised wine service, assisting the Head Sommelier and Assistant Sommelier with staff training and stock control, and contributing new ideas to a developing wine list and wine programme.

The restaurant is large, opens 7 days a week and is very busy all year round.
This position offers full time hours, and you must be able to work on weekends.
