Catalina Rose Bay is currently recruiting Full Time Cook to join our back of house team.


  • Minimum 2 - 3 years of Experience 
  • Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery, preferred
  • Full working rights in Australia 
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Positive attitude
  • Love of food and providing fantastic customer experience 

The Position:

  • the preparation and cooking of a la carte and function dining menu items.
  • Rotating through all sections of the kitchen - hot entrée, meat, cold entrée and fish sections, as required.
  • Implementation of Executive Chef’s and Head Chef’s menu items.
  • Quality control of dishes in your section.
  • Being responsible for creating lists for orders, and stock control of both fresh and dry store items.

Salary Range $60,000 - $68,000.00 + Super
