What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, food, and produce
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Full Australian working rights with availability for evening and weekend shifts


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the pastry team to maintain consistency and elevate food presentation standards
  • Guide and mentor junior chefs, fostering growth and excellence within the team
  • Work efficiently and professionally in a dynamic, diverse kitchen environment


Key Selection Criteria:


  • Proven experience in a premium dining or hatted venue at a similar level
  • Passion and motivation for pastry craft and innovation
  • Strong product knowledge and attention to detail
  • High grooming standards and a commitment to excellence
  • Flexibility to work on a rotating roster
