Assistant Store Manager

Working with the Store Manager, Head of Retail, Academy Brand Support Office team and the in-store team to drive sales, maximise every commercial opportunity and ensure profitability of the store.

Responsible for assisting with the coaching, developing and motivating all members of the in-store team to achieve store and individual sales targets. Ensure that the Academy Brand expectations of customer service and company operational standards are implemented, maintained and exceeded.

  • Retail management experience, preferably for 2 years or more
  • Experience in a similar position where the ability to set, meet and exceed sales targets have been demonstrated
  • Experience in writing rosters and in understanding sales and profit data
