Our Salame are all produced from free range piggys and our manufacturers express their passion for authentic italian style meats in the quality and flavour of their products.
Our pickles are a collaboration project with a dear friend of Cured. Seasonal pickled things decorate our Picklery and our platters – providing new and interesting flavour combinations.
Our cheeses are a showcase of delicacies collected from around the world and perfectly paired to our different styles of meats. The hand made Burrata likes to delight with some theatre as it oozes across the platters.
Our bread is an award winning single origin sourdough from the Flinders Ranges. 10 years of food science has engineered the grains for a higher protein content and the result is a light, moist dough which matches perfectly with our meats and cheeses.
Finally, our wine list is a carefully considered selection from independent wineries around the globe. We offer full bodied reds right through to light, refreshing whites, and a rosé that is perfect for a spring brunch session. Even our beer selection is unique, with a couple of local brews as well as some exclusive Japanese beer to quench your thirst and perfectly compliment the food.
