Brickfields Bakery has two stores across Sydney; Chippendale and Marrickville. The team is also now offering home delivery through the Bopple app. This artisan bakery has a big reputation in the world of bakery goodness and it's clear to see why. Their rustic range will have you wanting to grab one of everything.

But today, we’ve only got eyes for their croissants. They offer a plain, almond, choc almond, and chocolate options.

The Almond croissant is a decadent breakfast treat with brandy & cinnamon spice infused frangipane filling.

Flour and Stone

With nearly 50k followers on Instagram, Flour and Stone is a must-visit destination. Nadine Ingram is the baker and founder of Flour and Stone and she believes baking has become her way to connect with people from her heart.

Flour and Stone offers the croissant trifecta; plain, almond, and Pain au Chocolat, all of which are made with Pepe Saya cultured butter.

Want to drool? The Pain au Chocolat is made with three sticks of rich, dark chocolate amidst layers of light, flaky pastry. Absolute heaven.

Top Impression Bakery Café

Looking for a croissant that is a little left of centre? Add Top Impression Bakery Café to the top of your list. This place is slinging the type of croissants dreams are made of. The clever flavour combinations are decadent, delightful, and straight-up tasty. 

Think Black Truffle & White Chocolate, Banana & Rum Cremeux, and Ruby Chocolate & Raspberry Panna Cotta - yum!

The team at Rollers Bakehouse specialise in croissants. Everything is rolled and baked daily at their Manly store and stock is limited. So when those croissants are gone, they’re really truly gone.

Flavour combinations change daily and weekly, so pop in and expect to be surprised - in a good way.
